| This project is divided into separate buildings which consist of a 3-story process packaging plant; two 2-story bin farm and utility buildings;
and several single-story accessory buildings. The 3-story plant consists of pre cast columns, wall panels, and hollow-core roof and floor panels.
The process / packaging plant features a unique lateral resisting system which includes a central core of lateral resisting elements to allow the
building to expand and contract under extreme temperature variations needed for pest control. The warehouse and other out-buildings consist of
concrete tilt-up panels with open-web or wide-flange roof joists and structural steel columns. |
